TESTANDRAIN® Fire Test & Drain Valve, 1 in, FNPT, 1/2 in Orifice, Bronze

Building on the success of the original TESTanDRAIN® valve, AGF revolutionized the industry again with the introduction of the model 1011A, a TESTanDRAIN® valve with a pressure relief valve. Prior to the 2010 edition of NFPA 13, pressure relief valves were only required downstream of pressure reducing valves and in grid systems. Changes in the 2010 and subsequent editions of code now state that all wet pipe systems shall be provided with a listed relief valve not less than 1/2 in size. The model 1011A and model 2511A are the best way to meet these new requirements.
