The 2-1/2" ZW205 Pressure Relief/Pressure Sustaining (ACV) Valve is pilot operated and used in applications required to maintain high capacity pressure relief or pre-determined upstream pressure control. The ZW205 pilot assembly allows the main valve to modulate between closed and open based on changes in the upstream pressure, effectively maintaining the desired pressure amount. When the upstream pressure is below the set point of the pilot assembly, the main valve remains closed. When the upstream pressure exceeds the set point of the pilot assembly, the main valve opens to relieve the excess pressure. Multiple body and end connections options are available for added versatility, and it comes standard with a relief range of 50 to 200 psi.
