KWIK-VIS™ D, Dispersible Viscosifying Polymer, 3-Pack

KWIK-VIS™ D is a premium readily dispersible viscosifying polymer in a dry granular form. It is highly concentrated, fast hydrating, and requires very low application rates to achieve desired viscosities. It is designed for use in all types of drilling, boring, and trenching operations such as Shaft Drilling, Slurry Trenching, Caisson Drilling, Horizontal Boring, and small-drill applications such as water well and mineral exploration.

In trenching and drilling operations, KWIK-VIS™ D offers gel strengths conducive to dropping solids out of the mud even at high viscosities. It can be broken down by adding 10 to 20 gallons of sodium hypochlorite solution (bleach) or 10 to 13 lbs. of calcium hypochlorite per 1000 gallons of slurry. The amount of bleach used will depend on the polymer concentration of the slurry.
