The FORD Linesetter is an economical way to support the meter and speed meter changeouts in areas where shallow service line depths are possible. The short rise provided by the Linesetter helps keep the meter out of the dirt at the bottom of the meter box and the setter assembly supports the service line. Cut-in style Linesetters can be used when installing meters in previously unmetered services and eliminate the need to flare or thread old service lines.
