Lug Style Butterfly Valve, Lever Handle, 4 in, Flange, Ductile Iron

The NIBCO® lug type butterfly valve provides bi-directional dead-end service without a downstream flange, and Bubble tight shut-off at 200 psi. The valve is ideal for commercial and some light industrial process applications, including HVAC and vacuum services, in addition to hot and cold potable water. The NIBCO® ductile iron lug butterfly valve provides ease of operation with quarter-turn (90 deg) open to close. With the internal stem/disc geometric drive design, there is no need for pins or bolts that may create leak paths or turbulence in the waterway. An extended neck allows for insulation up to 2 in. The unique molded-in EPDM seat liner with CF8M stainless steel disc and stem is recommended for most water applications.
