MasterSeries® Reduced Pressure Backflow Preventer, 4 in, Flange, Ductile Iron

This 4 inch lead free MasterSeries(R) reduced pressure zone backflow preventer assembly help protect against high hazard (toxic) fluids in water services to industrial installations and applications. This assembly with non-rising stem shutoff valves consists of a lead free body, top mounted test cocks, spring loaded check valves, and a pressure differential relief valve. The ductile iron body is fused with patented 3-part ArmorTek(R) epoxy coating for advanced corrosion resistance. Improved with a stainless-steel relief valve seat, these rugged assemblies yield greater dependability and extended valve life. The coating on this backflow assembly uses ArmorTek, a patented 3-part advanced epoxy coating system designed to limit both microbial induced (MIC) and exposed metal substrate corrosion. This backflow assembly contains a flood sensor with SentryPlus Alert(R) technology to detect excessive water discharges from the relief valve. When paired with an add on connection kit, the sensor is activated to relay alerts for potential flooding events. Connection kit options include BMS, cellular communication, and the Sensor Control Monitor which enables integration with BAS via RS-485 Modbus or the Nexa(R) platform through Wi-Fi.
